Local brewery, local ownership. The tours on Saturday are a lot of fun. Seasonal flavors are my favorite, especially the Spring Bock and Christmas ale. I highly recommend their products.

Good beer, boring owner
I went on 'the tour' years ago... They did a 15 minute tour and then let you drink some beer... Took some out of town guests there yesterday... One of the owners did a lecture on beer. After 30 incredibly boring minutes of the self important blowhard droning on and on and on... we left to go get some beer elsewhere... he may still be talking... maybe he should get a clue from the fact that...
